Lavender Bergamot Lemon Verbena Tea

Description

Plants were grown in a toxic free yard with lots of love and care for each plant. Lavender is wonderful for relaxation, blood pressure, and it inflammatory. Bergamot helps balance blood sugar, cholesterol, and circulation. Lemon Verbena aids in joint pain, trouble sleeping (insomnia), asthma, colds, fevers, and varicose veins.

Plants for this blend where harvested and dried summer of 2020.

Each box contains approximately 4 to 6 cups loose leaf tea, a serving spoon, and 5 tea bags.

This blend goes well with squeeze from a fresh lemon or a splash of honey.
