Meet Cassandra Founder and teacher at Honest Haven Studio: A Colorado native, founder/owner of Honest Haven, a wellness company, and she is in love with all things outdoors!
Nature is her comfort. Her love of nature is what drew her to yoga and encouraged her to complete her 200 hour yoga teacher training (YTT) in 2019, her 25 hour trapeze YTT in 2020, her SUP YTT in 2022, and her 300 hour YTT in 2022. Yoga has such a natural flow that its calling was strong for her. Living a slower paced life and really enjoying each moment as it comes has had a profound impact on her mental health and physical well being. She is passionate about supporting others with the skills she has learned. These skills include continuing education in mindfulness and meditation, trapeze yoga, trapeze yoga for injuries, stand up paddle board yoga (aka SUP Yoga), and her podcast of meditations and musings, Honestly Planted. Additionally she has had training in aromatherapy and believes that all the senses contribute to one’s well rounded yoga practice. With her passion for nature and skills to share, she is excited to lead the Always-At-Aum Colorado Practice where teacher training will be held in her greenhouse yoga studio.
Vinyasa Yoga
One breath one move, intention in motion. This is my style of teaching. I focus breath and body moving together. My classes are for all levels, body types, and abilities. Yoga is for everybody. So come join me!
Trapeze Yoga
Trapeze Yoga is an amazing way to help relieve low back tension, support injuries in the body, and find new ways to use your muscles. Trapeze yoga is not safe for those with certain eye condition (glaucoma) so please consult your doctor, before trying trapeze yoga. My style combines floor yoga with trapeze for a full body connection. This is a very unique way to connect with your body and mind in a safe space.
Stand Up Paddle Board Yoga
Rediscovering yoga all over again, this is how I would describe SUP Yoga. As we glide on the water we become one with nature and learn to flow with her and not against her. If we fight the wind and the weaves become unstable and unbalanced, but if we learn to move with them we begin to find harmony. SUP Yoga is just that a harmony between nature and ourselves, the letting go and allowing ourselves to move with nature. These sessions are meant help you really connect with nature, yourself and to invite fun and balance into your life. SUP Yoga should not be taken if your doctor has not approved your for water immersion, your get sea sick, can’t swim, or have medical conditions that don’t allow you to be in water.

Meet Jacqui: Owner of JAGCOYoga started her yoga journey in 2003 and has found solace on her mat ever since. She believes finding physical movement and time to focus on the self is essential to have balance.
As a graduate of the Colorado School of Yoga she looks forward to helping others find balance, strength, and ability in their bodies and minds. Integration of all of these components are when we feel most whole and balanced, and the goal of her teaching is to not only maintain this feeling throughout the session, but off the mat as well. When she is off her mat she enjoys traveling around the state with her partner birding and enjoying the beautiful outdoors. She also enjoys spending time with her pup who is always high energy and full of love.

Meet: Liz Layne. Liz is a Yoga Alliance RYT-200 and Life Coach based in Denver, CO.
She began practicing yoga in 2004, and finally took her practice to the next level as a teacher in 2016. That was just the beginning for Liz! She went on to complete specialty trainings in Restorative Yoga, Vinyasa Yoga, Yin Yoga, Yoga Nidra, and she will complete her RYT-500 in January 2023. Liz has been teaching locally in Denver since 2017. With a focus on the mind, body, and breath connection, Liz guides her students through important aspects of life and yoga practice. Liz’s yoga classes honor traditional awareness of breath & alignment while satisfying the curiosities of the busy Denver adventurer (Liz is a marathon runner and avid hiker herself!). Whether you join her class to release, renew, or relax, Liz’s classes offer something for everyone. With curiosity, and yoga philosophy, Liz invites you to explore and expand your yoga practice!
Aroma Yin Yoga
“In Aroma Yin, we enjoy a sensory experience with emphasis on scent – multiple essential oils are introduced in class for you to explore with your practice.” Yin Yoga: Yin Yoga is often described as a passive yoga practice. In this class we hold our poses longer, often between 2 and 5 minutes. Yin Yoga stretches the connective tissues around the body’s joints and assists the flow of energy throughout the body. The longer holds in each pose allow us to access deeper layers of our fascia. Practicing Yin Yoga can help you to cultivate stillness, patience, and and self-compassion as well as revitalize and strengthen the many tissues of the body beyond your muscles.

Meet Jayleaine: I am passionate about yoga and all the fantastic benefits. My own definition of yoga means to unite with our true self, body, mind, and spirit! I am also passionate about spiritual development.
I am currently in an apprenticeship for spiritual training, and believe me, it is so much work. But with anything we are passionate about we will put in what is required. The immersion of all this spiritual work has taught me about myself, how to cope with stressors in life, and to embrace my moment-to-moment daily life. This is why I’m so passionate about yoga, meditation, and spiritual work. Now we bring in my passion for Kundalini yoga. I am so excited to share the experience with you! I am twice certified yoga instructor, in 2014 and most recently in 2021. I taught at Denver Parks and Rec for two years. I loved the sense of community coming together to practice, and learn yoga. I love learning about anything and everything, and I consider myself to be incredibly open-minded. I love my family deeply and time with them is cherished. I am looking forward to sharing space with you, learning, and creating new energies together!
Kundalini Yoga
I am so excited to share the experience of Kundalini yoga with you all. This type of yoga can be intense but also relaxing, invigorating, and move energy. There are meditations, mantras, breath-work and posture holds that most consistently show up in this type of yoga. Come with an open mind and an open heart. This yoga can change your life, as it has done for mine.
