
Huston Lake Park: FREE

Come join me and my co-teacher Jacqui every Thursday starting June 2nd on the NE corner of Huston Lake Park for yoga from 6:00pm to 6:45pm through September! This summer series is sponsored by the Athmar Park Active Living Coalition. We will have limited mats and props to borrow including a few chairs. These classes are open to all skill levels and ages. Come connect with your community and enjoy some yoga in nature.

SUP Yoga: Aurora Reservoir

Love paddle boarding? Love yoga? Join me this summer on the water doing yoga! Preregistration is required as all classes are limited to 10 students for safety. Classes are $35 per person. This fee is for the class only; entrance fees to the reservoir and SUP rental fees are up to the student (more information here). Classes will be held at the lower lot of the reservoir, there is ample parking. Classes are about 75 minutes in length. Each class has a brief safety lesson, paddle board usage review, and some explanation on yoga poses we will be doing. The yoga portion will be 45 minutes. Please either leave your cell phone on the beach or place it in a water tight bag until the end of class there will be plenty of time at the end of class for pictures. Paddleboard anchors will be provided to help you stay in the class location.
ITEMS TO REMEMBER: water, sunscreen, bug spray, and clothing you do not mind getting wet, change of clothes. Children under the age of 14 MUST be accompanied by adult for the entirety of the class.

Chatfield Grave Pond
