We offer yoga services to companies. Yoga is a wonderful way to connect with your team. We have worked with companies like; UCHealth Colorado, Deloitte Consulting, Noosa Yogurt, Smash Burger, and the Douglas Library system.
Private Sessions
We will travel to your location to facilitate a magical yoga, meditation, breath work, or sound bath. We do all the setup and clean up. Whether it’s a staff day, team bonding, or something else, each experience is customized to your vision

Whether you’re fresh out of your 200-hour YTT or you have been teaching for years, we are here to help. We provide custom programming for whatever you need. Whether it’s guidance on building a brand, or a business, or how to put together a workshop, to help with cueing, sequencing, language, or finding your voice, we are here to help!
