Mini Spa Retreats
Honest Haven Spa offers mini 2-hour retreats for 2 to 6 guests. You can customize your session with up to 4 of our offerings.
Sauna & Cold Plunge
Book your 1-hour Sauna and Cold Plunge session. We will provide you with a robe, towels, sweat towel, flip-flops, and water. We will be on-site to guide you through breath techniques during your cold plunge session.
Date Night
Honest Haven offers a unique way to connect with your partner, friends, or family with our 60-minute sound journey sessions in our yoga hammocks. Sessions are limited to four or fewer.
Yoga Teacher Trainings
Honest Haven offers several Teacher training programs all backed by Yoga Alliance. Our owner and lead teacher, Cassandra, has over 2500 hours of teaching experience and has a passion for sharing knowledge. Cassandra holds tailored cozy experiences for each of our trainings. Dates are listed on each training page, however, if a date does not work for you reach out!
Corporate Yoga
Honest Haven offers yoga services to companies. Yoga is a wonderful way to connect with your team. We have worked with companies like; UCHealth Colorado, Deloitte Consulting, Noosa Yogurt, Smash Burger, and the Douglas Library system.
Private Sessions
Honest Haven will travel to your location to facilitate a magical yoga, meditation, breath work, or sound bath. We do all the setup and clean up. Whether it’s your birthday, a group gathering, or a friendly get-together, we will make your time together a true bonding experience.
Mentorship
Whether you’re fresh out of your 200-hour YTT or you have been teaching for years, we are here to help. We provide custom programming for whatever you need. Whether it’s guidance on building a brand, or a business, or how to put together a workshop, to help with cueing, sequencing, language, or finding your voice, we are here to help!
