FREE YOGA:
Join us EVERY Thursday evening 6:00pm June Through September at Huston Lake Park in the Athmar Park Neighborhood! I will be teaching June 6th, August 1st, August 29th, and September 5th. The 4th Thursday of EVERY month this class will be taught in Spanish by the Amazing Dina! The dates that I am not teaching Maggie and Jacqui will be teaching! So come out and join us!
SUNRISE BEACH YOGA:
Join me in partnership with Aurora to bring you Sunrise Beach Yoga every other Saturday starting June 1st! Join us on the beach of Aurora Reservoir from 7 am to 8am! Please bring with you a yoga mat or towel, water bottle, and wear clothing that you don’t mind getting sandy and damp.

Join me in partnership with Rocky Mountain Paddle to bring you SUP Yoga every other Saturday starting June 1st! Join me on the beach of Pelican Bay at Cherry Creek Reservoir from 10 am to11:30 am! Please bring with you a yoga mat or towel, water bottle, and wear clothing that you don’t mind getting sandy and damp.
