Session Descriptions
Private Lesson 1 on 1

We offer private sessions, in either, Yin, Breath work, Restorative, Sound bath, Trapeze, Vinyasa, Slow Flow, Prenatal, Gentle Yoga, 7 Doorways, and more. To book fill out the form at the bottom of the page.
Small Groups 4 to 15 participants

Small group session are a great way to build community, connect with friends, or a relaxing activity for your family.
Group sessions are done at your place, or our greenhouse studio (limit 6 participants for my indoor greenhouse studio and maximum of 15 for outdoor space at my greenhouse studio). For destinations farther away than central Denver, a travel fee will apply. This service includes set up, mats & accessories, and clean up so all you and your guests have to do is show up! A great option for birthdays, weekend mini-retreats, bridal parties, anniversaries, parents’ night out, activities for guests in town, and so much more!
Date Night Hammock Sound Bath

Connect with your partner, friend, or family, with this special offering. 60 minutes of sound as you float in a yoga hammock in our greenhouse studio. One to 4 guest per session.
Trapeze Yoga

Do you have back pain? How about an injury? The yoga trapeze is an amazing tool to help elongate the spine, help rebuild the body and it can do wonders for those with anxiety.
Small Group or Private SUP Yoga (Late May to September)

SUP Yoga is a wonderful way to really contact nature. Water is a big part of our humanity so it is only natural that we want to spend time around it. Yoga on the water is a unique experience and so fun. It brings together a lot of elements in yoga all in one place.
Pre- and Post-natal Yoga

Yoga is a wonderful way to prepare your body for birth. It not only helps you elevate pain but also helps with getting you mentally and physically ready for birth. Each of my sessions is 100% tailored to your body, which means each session will be different. As your body changes so do your body’s needs, therefore each session is unique to you. After the baby is here we can continue yoga sessions to help balance out your hormones, help to regain muscle strange, and help your body heal.
Private Zoom Yoga

Want to have yoga in the privacy of your home? This option is perfect for you! These sessions are 60 minutes and designed to meet your unique bodies needs. One on One allows you to ask questions, get sequencing that works for you, and you don’t have to leave the house!
60 Minute Breath-Work Session

Breath-work is an amazing tool to have in your back pocket. 60-minute guided breath work session will rest your nervous system, help to clear the mind and expand your knowledge of the lungs.
